REFUND/RETURN POLICY

Services
Generally, refunds will not be issued for services rendered. Cancellations made in the middle of a billing cycle will not be eligible for prorated refunds or credits. You will have access to our services until the end of the current billing period.
Exceptions
DESS reserves the right to offer refunds or credits at our sole discretion in specific circumstances, such as:
Duplicate Payments: In the event of a duplicate payment being processed, a full refund will be issued within 10 business days, following verification and in accordance with your bank's processing guidelines.
Incorrect Payments: If an incorrect payment amount is charged due to our error, a full refund for the difference will be issued within 10 business days, following verification and in accordance with your bank's processing guidelines.
Refund Processing Time
For approved refunds, please allow up to 10 working days for the funds to be credited back to your original payment method. This timeframe may vary depending on your bank's processing policies.
